How much are lined bifocals?
- Our basic lined bifocal package starts at $79. That includes an eye exam, frames and plastic lined bifocal lenses. No warranty is included in this price.

How much are progressive lenses?
- Our basic progressive package starts at $129. That includes an eye exam, frames and plastic progressive lenses. No warranty is included in this price.

Is there an exchange policy on eyeglasses?
- Yes, eyeglasses maybe be returned or exchanged once within 30 days.

How long does it take for a complete pair of eyeglasses to be ready?
- For most cases it takes 7-10 days for your eyeglasses to be ready.

Do you accept walk-ins or appointments only?
- We welcome walk-ins at all times, but do recommend scheduling an appointment to better suit your schedule.

How much is an eye exam for glasses?
- An eye exam to get a prescription for eyeglasses is $45, but it is free with any purchase of complete pair of eyeglasses.

How much is a contact lens eye exam?
- The contact lens eye exam is $67. However, you may get the exam membership for $99 which entitles you two more free contact lens eye exams. Does the free exam with the purchase of any eyeglasses include a contact lens prescription?
- No, the eye exam that comes with the purchase of eyeglasses only includes the eyeglass prescription. The contact lens eye exam is $67.

How often do I have to get a contact lens eye exam?
- You must renew your contact lens prescription annually.
